I’m not feeling well today, still writing this newsletter for you. Thank you all for the feedback you sent via email to help improve it further. Love you all.
Anyway, as October comes to an end, I just wanted to say only two months left until 2026! Still Thinking to do something or make something… maybe it’s time to just do it.

Idea of the Week: Build Something In Public
Dan Kulkov and Sveta Bay, a couple working tech jobs, stumbled across the #BuildInPublic movement and decided to test the waters with a side project.
Their plan was simple. They will try to build something. If it works, great. If it doesn’t work - that’s fine too.
They brainstormed around 42–50 product ideas and honed in on a pain-point: solopreneurs overwhelmed by marketing tools that are expensive or convoluted.
They launched MakerBox.
Launched in May 2022, the first offering was a curated list of 600 free tools ideal for indie founders on a budget.
It generated about $2K in its first month. All from X/Twitter.
Then they launched MakerBox Frameworks (50 marketing frameworks), launched in July 2022, and pulled in $7K over two months, becoming their most popular item.
Additional launches included MakerBox Roasting (audits/feedback service), Marketing Workbook, and others.
Their marketing is never Google or FB ads. They are always promoting using Twitter, Product Hunt, Forums, Email Newsletter, and SEO.
Today, the business comfortably makes $5k/month.
That’s your alley dispatch for the week. Next one drops soon.
