Idea of the Week: Brain Games
This is a trend graph of the word “brain games” on Google. Every month, on average, nearly 500k people search for brain games. What are brain games? Simple trivia, logic-based, fun apps that ask you random and interesting questions to improve your brain functionalities.
These apps have always been there but they started to explode in the past 2 years as people became more serious regarding their brain health. And that’s where the opportunity is. Currently, most of the apps are generic. General brain games for everyone.
However, I think we should start building specific brain games for specific types of audience. Brain workout will be a $33b market by 2033 and most of it will be apps with different functionalities.

When I was researching this industry, I found cool angles that most would ignore. For example, brain games for dogs. I had no idea that existed - but I can clearly see an app making millions creating brain games for dogs. But it doesn’t have to be for dogs. It can be for kids. It can be for elderly humans. It can be for teens. It can also be interest-based.
For example, brain games for gamers, brain games for fitness enthusiasts and so on. With the right influencer marketing (global, TikTok) - you wouldn’t have any issue getting to 5,000-10,000 members in your app. If It was me, I would charge a nominal fee of $3-$5/month to play and I would also use AI to create brain health report based on their gameplay.
Humans would always want to improve their brain. Human brains are suffering at this moment. Memory loss is at all all-time high. Cognitive diseases are also at all time high. You should build a solution.
That’s your alley dispatch for the week.Next one drops soon.
